PASTOR RUBEN RAQUEL
Pastor Ruben was born in the Philippines and moved to Honolulu, Hawaii when he was 14 years old. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and Lord at age 16 and called to Christian vocation at 17 years of age. He met his beautiful wife Sylvie (from Paris, France) in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1992 during their seminary training (at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary), married in 1993, and they have two beautiful daughters. Pastor Ruben loves to spend time with his grandson, read his Bible, play tennis, golf, basketball, and visiting with people in the U.S. and around the world.
